RETURN POLICY

Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed, please contact linda@gingerbreadcutterco.com for cancellation options.  Please include your name and order number.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email linda@gingerbreadcutterco.com for a Return Authorization.

After receiving a Return Authorization, mail your product to: The Gingerbread Cutter Company, PO Box 115, Alcoa, TN, 37701, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable digital products

* Food items

Plastic Cutters: If a cutter arrives broken, send a photo a.s.a.p. to linda@gingerbreadcutterco.com and a replacement will be sent out.
