Cutter is approximately 2.5" wide x 3" tall.

The cutter has an imprint in the middle. Cutter makes a really nice impression when your dough is rolled out to about 1/4" thick. Be sure to flour the cutter!!

*****TIP WHEN USING THIS CUTTER*****

When lifting the cutter from the dough, instead of lifting straight up, grab the side edges and wiggle (shimmy) it up slowly top to bottom.
